As
the members of Lateral-g.net know, GMP
Diecast is producing a series of 'streetfighter'
g-machine collectibles. The latest in
that series is this 67 Camaro.

As with the previous streetfighter
Camaros, the box itself is a work of art. The main image is an action shot
of the car carving a corner at speed on a road course (complete with a driver!)
The end panel features a McBride rendering, and on the bottom of the box, you
will see the special thanks section that includes Lateral-g.net and our logo.
Opening the box, the first thing that
strikes you is the color. The red with white stripe exterior really pops
and the contrasting dark grey centers of the Kinesis wheels. The forged
Kinesis wheels with the dark centers make the car take on a very aggressive
look. The hardcore 67 Camaro fans will be happy to see the wing windows are in
place. And finally, the carbon fiber chin spoiler is a nice detail to
round out the exterior.

The motor is an LS2 with the correct
coil on plug ignition. The coils are hidden under carbon fiber beauty
covers with the spark plug wires where they are supposed to be. The motor
is complete with a serpentine belt setup and even the headers are tooled
correctly.

The interior is complete with a 10
point cage, race inspired seats, 4 point harnesses and custom gauge cluster.
Overall, the detail and craftsmanship
is stunning. You won't find another g-machine collectible that more
accurately defines our movement.
